BOOTH RELOCATION
Relocate (3) booths that will end at kitchen entrance. That leaves approximately 5’ for the 3 relocated booths and 6’ for the (3) 30x48 high tops, side by side.
BOOTH & 30X48 HIGH-TOP LIGHTING
Mount 15” X 8” X 8” Soffit Centered over 3 booths to existing perpendicular soffit (MDF)
BOOTH PENDANTS & DINING ROOM LIGHTS
MOUNT 1 OVER EACH RELOCATED BOOTH (30” above table) AND REPLACE SILVER PENDANTS OVER OTHER BOOTHS
*ADD ROW OF RECESSED PIN SPOTS ON RIGHT SIDE OF DINING ROOM AND DUPLICATED CENTER AND LEFT SIDE ROW.

BAR TOP, BAR LIGHTS & TABLE TOPS
-Strip and Sand Bar Front and stain with ebony stain.
-Strip and sand Bar-Top,
-Char bar-top with torch AND coat with clear or matte clear coat protective sealer. Let dry and thoroughly and add numerous coats.
-Light Bar front by placing LED Strip Light oner bar top. Strip Light Accessories: LED STRIP LIGHTS
-For table tops, sand and stain with ebony stain.
BAR LIGHTS
-Relocate pin spots in ceiling over bar top to center of bar top. Add 2 pinspots on far side of bar next to glass rack.
-Move pinspot over seating bench in waiting area to directly over hostess stand as centered as possible.
